2. GE CPI (02:00 ET) No Trade – Revisions are hard to predict but changes can be market moving

3. Swiss National Bank Rate Decision (03:30 ET) No Trade – SNB will remain dovish and stress the need to easy policy

4. EZ Industrial Production (05:00 ET) Bearish EUR – Likely to be weaker given sharp drop in German industrial production

5. CAD Trade Balance & IVEY PMI Manufacturing (08:30 & 10:00 ET) Bullish CAD – Stronger IVEY PMI signals trade improvement

Here’s what we are looking for in tomorrow’s economic reports (June 5, 2019) — Good Luck Trading!

1. AU PMI Services (18:30 ET) Bearish AUD – Weaker PMI manufacturing signals weaker PMI services

2. AU GDP (21:30 ET) Bullish AUD – Potential downside surprise given improvement trade & retail sales in Q1

3. UK PMI Services (04:30 ET) Bearish GBP – Potential downside surprise given sharp drop in PMI Mfg but confidence was higher

4. EZ PPI & Retail Sales (05:00 ET) No Trade – Conflicting data makes EZ reports hard to read. Stronger GE CPI. Lower FR CPI. French spending increased. GE fell.

5. US ADP (08:15 ET) No Trade – ADP is very important to hard to predict

6. US ISM Non-Manufacturing (10:00 ET) Bearish USD – Weaker ISM Manufacturing report

7. US Beige Book (14:00 ET) No Trade – We do not trade reports but likely more cautious

1. NZ Terms of Trade (18:45 ET) Bullish GBP – Potential upside surprise given improvement in NZ Q1 trade data

2. AU Retail Sales (21:30 ET) Bullish AUD – Potential upside surprise given rise in sales component of PSI

3. RBA Rate Decision (04:30 ET) Bearish AUD – RBA needs to cut interest rates and could signal plans to ease further

4. EZ Unemployment & Core CPI (05:00 ET) No Trade – Mixed data from Germany and France with Germany reporting higher unemployment rate, higher CPI. In France, CPI dropped

5. US Factory Orders & Durable Goods (08:30 ET) No Trade – Durable goods and factory orders are difficult to predict but changes will be market moving
