1. NZ Q4 Retail Sales (16:45 ET) No Trade — Tough call because even though credit card spending data was weaker forecasts are very low

2. German IFO (04:00 ET) Bearish EUR — Potential downside surprise. ZEW was significantly weaker. PMIs slightly weaker

1. AU Employment (07:30 ET) Bearish AUD — Potential downside surprise given slightly weaker employment component of PMI services and manufacturing

2. ECB Rate Decision (07:45 ET) No Trade — Rate decisions are best traded reactively. This is a big meeting with ECB policy review. Best traded reactively

3. NZ CPI (16:45 ET) Bearish NZD — Potential downside surprise as food prices fall 3 months in a row
